    Thursday, Jan. 19, 2023 - Sometimes all kinds of thoughts can get in the mind, and it's good to take control of that. You can think of the idea of having a "bouncer of the mind." Someone is has hanging out at the entrance of the mind, deciding what thoughts come in and what thoughts stay out.
