    Friday, Nov 18, 2022 - In the Bhagavad Gita this is a stanza about the idea that both action and inaction are actions. I really love that. For today, we'll keep moving, getting into the feeling of action.

    Thursday, Nov 17, 2022 - Sometimes it can be hard to be your self and do what you really need to do. In today's class you are invited to make it feel good for you...really, that is what the physical yoga practice is all about.
