September, 2021
September is a time of moving into teaching at school, for me, and for you it may be getting ready to go back to school, or heading into doing some gardening. This month the classes tend to focus on gratitude and beginnings. Check out "This is it", as a class for seeing it, or "Be here" to remind you to find right now.
I hope you enjoy the yoga classes, and as always, please let me know what you think, and if there is any classes or series' you would like me to offer...let me know. John

Focusing on a Target
September 14, 2021 - An idea in yoga is the concept of finding a target, any target for the mind. Some people, including myself, have thought of that is clearing the mind. But, really, it’s not about that, it’s taking all the things possible in the mind, and choosing one thing to focus on.
