  • Breathe. Relax, Renew - Class #1

    Class #1 - For our first class we focus on the mechanisms of breathing, and taking deep breaths.

    Class #2 - Today's class is intended to for people who are watching this at the end of the day...letting go of the day and getting ready for bed. Of course, watching it at other times will be fine, too, you might want to take a nap after. :-)

    Class #3 - For helping those who are working on the Masters, as well as all the rest of us who spend time in front of a computer for long periods, we are focusing on releasing tension in the neck and shoulders for today's class.
