    8.9.23 - Today we practice with the idea of returning to yourself, which is very much a foundational idea of yoga.

  • Cleaning the True Self

    7.21.23 - Today we think about the idea of cleaning the outer layer of stuff that we don't we need to uncover or brighter Self, just like a gentle rain does that to the trees.

    7.19.23 - Today we talk about different methods we can use to ground for better mental health.

    7.18.23 - For today we consider what we should hold onto and let go of to the best version of our Self.

    7.17.23 - Today we do our best to be comfortable in the practice, and see how that feels. :-)
