For our second day of the series we'll do a bit on journaling with the prompt "how I'm feeling now is."
For or third day of the series we'll do a nice visual mediation and our own light.
We have a nice meditation today to remember that there really is ever only one thing we can do at a time....particularly during the holidays. :-)
Today we do some positive journaling with an assignment at the end of class...so watch until the end. :-)
