Today we do some positive journaling with an assignment at the end of class...so watch until the end. :-)
Today we enjoy a meditation yoga practice.
Definitely the holiday season can be a time of being ungrounded. Today we work on being more grounded during the physical practice, followed up by a bit of balance with a pranayama exercise.
For today's helper class, we focus on letting go of thoughts of the past and the future, and do our best to find right now. :-)
