This 21-day series of short classes (15 minutes or less) will help you relieve holiday stress, stay grounded and steady, and practice self-care in a community of friends from around the world.
We will explore and delight in a variety of stress relief practices including yoga, journaling, pranayama (breath work) and meditation.
This series will help you happily get through the holidays in good company. No need to go it along, or to be overwhelmed by this time of year and the pressures and obligations that come with it. Instead, let’s move through the Holidays together.
Participants are invited to say “hi” and share comments of their experiences throughout the series, creating a feeling of community and connection. Even if we are on different sides of the Earth and watching the classes at different times, we can still be connected and feel support from each other.
