Today we find connection to our legs and feet to experience the feeling of "being home."
We enjoy the pranayama practice of "Three Part Breathing" today...it always feels so great. :-)

Gratitude is one of those practices that you really can't enough...so we'll continue with the theme from our live class, and practice gratitude with some journaling today.
