Gratitude is one of those practices that you really can't enough...so we'll continue with the theme from our live class, and practice gratitude with some journaling today.
We do a nice practice of "Loving Kindness" for today's meditation.
For today's practice we open up our hips to connect more deeply to the flow of life and the flow of our emotions.
