Dec. 9, 2021 - I continue to learn new lessons from my current book, "The Extended Mind." The most recent thing is how helpful it is for the mind to be moving the body, whether it's just a little are super vigorously. The author mentions the value of all kinds of movement...from running a marathon to taking a casual walk. Today, I was thinking we'd focus on the walk part, and really view our practice like a walk, with the attitude people take when they take a walk. Having the experience of letting my mind be free, enjoying the movement of the body, and just being. Without too much focus on alignment or much else...truly looking at the yoga practice like a walk in the woods. I hope you enjoy it. :-)

Mind and Body Connection
