Really cool...in this practice we'll think about opening and stretching the body as a way to open and stretch the mind. Jan 4, 2021 - It's amazing with have out bodies that offer so much. Today in class we appreciate what our bodies have to offer, and us the sensations of the body as a meditation. Enjoy being embodied today. :-)
