In Awe of the Breath

Dec 6, 2021 - Over the weekend the yoga training at UVM had the opportunity to see cadavers and learn more about bodies, from the inside out. It was amazing!
And then, after the cadaver experience, a group of us went to Lake Champlain for a dip in December water...just to remind ourselves that we are alive - it was awesome!
A take away from both of those experiences for me was truly being in awe of our breath, our mechanism of breathing. It's all super incredible, and really makes you want to care for the body...and breath deeply.
We'll enjoy doing just that in the class today...enjoy!
