Nov. 17, 2021 - Today I am really feeling appreciation for the fact that I am here, teaching yoga. It’s somewhat amazing, and weird, and not a place I ever thought I’d end up. I feel very lucky, and, at the same time, this time of year is pretty stressful in the teaching world…as the teachers out there know. It’s a time that can have some questioning of needing a break, or taking a breath.
So, today is a good day to pat yourself on the back and say, “Good job! Way to get to where you are.” It’s really awesome, and you should be proud of yourself. :-)
