10.4.23 - I'm not totally sure of the long term benefits for me in terms of yoga. I mean, yes, it feels good while I'm doing it, but how is a person to know if something else wouldn't have been a better choice. But, in the short, during a class, I do definitely KNOW it's of benefit, and it's been proven with scientific study, particularly in terms of the breath.

9.29.23 - From the Sutras of Patanjali, in the 2nd chakra, 16 sutra, is says "Future Pain Is Avoidable." The way I think about that is that the way the deal with your mind, body and heart today can lead to less mental, physical and emotional pain tomorrow.

Gratitude
9.27.23 - Today I was preparing to teach this class, I was suddenly overcome by a sense of gratitude for the opportunity, and also gratitude for the technology and our ability to be connected like this. It is really amazing. We'll think about what are grateful for in class today.
