It's nice to remember that we are traveling in this vehicle that we can escape into when we need a break from it all.
When I first started yoga I started with Ashtanga. We'll do a shortened version of the "primary series" today.
Today we open up our minds to imagination, allowing whatever comes to be ok...as long as it's positive. :-)
Sometimes it's nice to sit and mediate, but it's also nice to move, and experience the movement as meditation. That's what we'll do today. :-)
