Today we open up or awareness to seeing what is around us. It's sort of amazing how much more we can see when we really work at "seeing." I hope you enjoy doing that today.

Today we do a favorite meditation of mine, "Only This". All you do is keep repeating the phrase "Only This," reminding yourself that really, there is only this. :-)
Today we return to the mat with a consideration for the MLK quote: "I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear."
