We're back on the mat! Something to think about these "return" classes is to really thank yourself for finding the mat. When you do anything that's ongoing, you can loose site of how amazing it is that you are doing it, but actually, it is amazing! Celebrate the fact you are here. Good job. :-)

It's good to recognize that everything doesn't feel easy and comfortable all the time..think of how borrowing life would be if it did! These Tuesday classes are about embracing a bit of discomfort, and having fun doing it. :-)

For today's foundations class we will focus on the alignment of the hips...keeping under the look of postures to the "actions" of hips in the postures.
