Finding An Anchor

Nov. 23, 2021 - I have been teaching this morning class every weekday for more than a year and a half...since the beginning of the pandemic. It really feels like an "anchor", and just to be sure, I decided to look up the work "anchor". Here is a definition:
-- a person or thing that provides stability or confidence in an otherwise uncertain situation
YUP! Yoga is a great anchor. It particularly helps to be at the same time, and any other consistencies you can add, like the same mat, or incense, or time. It's really good.
And, with the traveling people may be doing with Thanksgiving, or friends and family traveling to you, it makes me think about other anchors besides yoga that are helpful. Maybe reading or taking a walk. Whatever you have as anchors, it's helpful for find stability in these uncertain times.
