Nov 18, 2021 - I am listening to a book right now called "The Extended Mind." Super cool! It's this idea that the activities outside of the mind can help us "extend" the mind. For instance, being in nature, having a comfortable house or office, moving the body and hands. I like that last one...moving the body and hands.
There is a recognition that by moving the body (yoga) you and not only helping out the body but extending your mental abilities. Isn't that super cool!
With that, we'll be do some mind exercises today with a physical practice we like to call "yoga." :-)
