Nov. 16, 2021 - People tell me sometimes that I must be so calm and happy because I teach yoga and meditation all the time. I tend to agree…I SHOULD be all calm and happy from doing this, right! Actually, in a way, I think I’m the opposite. I find I have a much more diverse palette of emotions and feelings…or, really, I am aware of the diverse emotions and feelings I am having. I would say that I may be a bit more aware of my variety of colors of me, as opposed to just being a “happy” or “calm” color.
In our practice today, and even in this moment while you are reading this, be ok with the colors you are today. We are interesting and amazing creatures with a whole array of possibilities of emotions and feelings…yoga is an opportunity be ok with that.
