Making a Small Life Change

Mar. 19, 2021 - OK…here’s something for you to do as you read this — come up with one thing you would like to change in your life. One little thing. Something that would be fun and easy. And then commit to sticking to that change for one year. This isn’t some big Earth shattering change, but a small change that over time will have a big impact. So that when you look back a year from now you say, “Wow, I’m so proud of myself for doing that. I’m awesome!”
We work on this idea in class today…it’s the idea of a “One Degree Change.” Some small amount of change that over time changes the course of your life. I love the concept.
And, if you want, to can post below what your change is. I find, sometimes, it helps to share what I want to do in order to give myeself a bit of accountability….so, if you think it would help to post something here, go for it!
