Setting Your Anchor

Jan 13, 2022 - I feel a storm coming on. COVID is happening, I am returning to teach next week at the University for the Spring, I have a yoga teacher training session tomorrow, and two yoga retreats coming up. All good, but also...a storm. Something I think about in terms of storms is that you want to get your boat set with an anchor and steady...the boat will still get moved around, but it's not going to get blown out to see. You never want to get blown out to sea. :-)
For class today we work on setting our internal, steady anchor, getting ready for the upcoming weather pattern.
