Your Mental State Is Temporary

Nov. 12, 2021 - I read an article today that said mental states like PTSD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, are for the most part a temporary state created by environmental conditions, rather that some permanent mental experience….and, that these states are really about helping you deal and helping you understand that your environment should change.
It’s pretty cool, and very much relates to yoga philosophy. The recognition that we are great in our truest form, and what gets us away from that is the world around us. What we need is to get back to our Self…and…guess what..that’s what the yoga practice is about doing. Here’s to healthy minds!
