10.6.23 - Every yoga posture has some type of feeling associated with it. It's not that yoga postures some how magical, it's that when we put our body into different shapes we have different emotional and mental responses. Think of the different between curling yourself up into a ball, like child's pose, compared to standing with your arms and legs spread wide, 5-pointed star.
It's interesting to open up to what it feels like to put your body in these different shapes.
