Sattva Means both Goodness and Existence

Friday, Oct. 7, 2022 - In yoga philosophy, the word "sattva" have many meaning, but two of them are "goodness" and "existence." So, think about that for a hot second. A word that means both goodness and existence. Which, of course, would mean, if it exists it is good, and if it is good, it exists. I really like that. Let's think about that in class today. :-)

Pearls on a Thread
9.20.22 - In the Bhagavad Gita it talks about the idea that we are all connected like pearls on a thread. The pearls are each individual person, and the thread is the goodness that connects us. A nice idea to ponder. :-)
