Finding Your Grounding in Your Breath

Monday, Oct. 17, 2022 - Over the last 3 days I've been teaching the UVM Teaching Training. After doing something like that, it's great to get back to being grounded, and the breath really helps with that. We'll enjoy the breath today. :-)

Monday, Oct. 10, 2022 - Today the Dalai Lama reminded me that people are kind to you, you appreciate it. So, being kind to others will also be appreciated. :-)
