Nov. 3, 2021 - I really love that expression, "every path leads to the top of the mountain." It's this philosophical idea there is no one way for everyone...in fact, everyone's individual way IS the one way. Kind of the opposite of my way or the highway. So, today, we'll enjoy our own individual paths through the yoga practice. :-)
