Feb. 15, 2024 - One of the great things about practicing yoga is that you can leave behind everything else. Taking time to experience a foundational idea of yoga from the Sutras of Patanjali, to "calm the fluctuations of the mind." Today we'll take time and let go of all the other stuff. It's like clearing the chalkboard of the mind, or, another great analogy, calming with rough seas of the ocean of the mind.
However you look at it, yoga is a simple tool you can use to re-find your better self. It's powerful, and also very accessible to everyone. You don't have to do complicated postures or even know the names of the postures. All you need is to have intention and do your best to be present.
