An aspect of opening the fifth chakra is chanting and singing, which makes sense. It's a recognition of the therapeutic benefits of singing in order to "find your voice." Just like who with the second chakra dancing and movement is a way to more connect to your emotional self.
With that in mind, today we will chant the vowel sounds of the first five chakras, feeling the vibration of each chakra as we go. The chanting of the vowel sounds is not only great for the fifth chakra, since the fifth chakra has to do about the voice, but it also vibrating and awaking the other four chakras below it.
