Mar. 17, 2021 - Today I'm thinking about the fact the we are entering the 2nd year of living in COVID...so let's make the 2nd year better than the first. Since the future is now more clear, it's fun to think about how we want to be, particularly with our mental, physical, and emotional health. So, today is a good day to make lasting change to your healthy practices. Maybe one day more yoga a week...maybe the healthy thing for you is more chocolate croissants. :-)
Whatever it is, today is a good day to start moving forward with more positive mental, physical and emotional health practices. Yay!
