Sept. 5, 2022 - Ahimsa is a Sanskrit word meaning non-harming or non-killing. Of course, I think we all do our best to practice this is deed...but to fully practice Ahimsa you also want to do it with non-harming words and deeds. Let's try it out for practice today and see how it goes. :-)
