Class #30 - Today we move on to the 2nd chakra, which is all about going with the flow of life. I like to think of it like you are a flowing river, and how do you respond when a boulder gets in the way? Do you easily flow around it, and do you keep running up against it, upset that it's blocking your usual path. When you are balanced in the 2nd chakra, you more easily flow with the changes of life. :-)
