Class #27 - Today we consider the idea of dharma, which here refers to "right action" or "sacred path." We are all on various dharma paths throughout life, with them coming and going. One of the main things, maybe the main thing, that helps us stick to our dharma is support from others...friends, colleagues, other people in your yoga class, teachers. It's like our path is one string, and the more strings from other people we intertwine with our one string, the stronger it gets.
