Thursday, Dec 29, 2022 - I found out a couple days a go that a friend of mine had decided to take his own life, instead of continuing to suffer Parkinson's. Of course, it made me think of many things, but mainly to appreciate those people who you love and have had an impact on your life. Today we'll dedicate our practice to one person, keeping them in our hearts.

Be Bored
Monday, Dec 26, 2022 - I've read in a few places, I don't remember where, that bored is one of the things you really to experience. It leads to you coming up with things that aren't boring. It's a way to excite you...I love that idea. That, we'll do a "boring" class focusing on the senses.

Celebrate the Victories of Your Yoga ...
Wednesday, Dec 22, 2022 - I'm all about celebrating the victories, and having a yoga practice is definitely a victory. Doing something that is positive, uplighting, feels good in the body, mind and heart. Right on. Way to go!
