April 9, 2021 - The practice of yoga isn’t just doing postures…it’s doing any practice or practices that create a connection for you to an experience of the feeling that there is more. That might be looking at the stars…which were amazing last night. Or reading a great poem. But, if you are going to practice yoga through doing postures, it feels really good to practice self-love and even a feeling of awe while doing it. Our bodies are amazing. Every posture has it’s own physical, emotional, mental feeling that is unique to you in that posture, in that moment. It’s fun and enlivening to be with each posture for what it is, without expectation, and enjoy the deeper to connection to You.
