Do Your Practice

Dec. 29, 2021 - Something great about yoga and that we are often reminded to "make it our own practice." The instructor is leading things, but you are in charge. I see how really what that idea is about is that when you practice, you want to be connected to who you are...and, because most of what we do on the mat is really about life, it's a reminder that in life we should listen to our own body, mind and heart, even if it might not be what others are doing.
For today's practice, enjoy going as deep as you want, and putting in as much effort as you want. Make if feel good for you. :-)
