Jan 13, 2021 - Where is the ground? Where am I? What's happening? Sure, we are living in a period of total disruption and uncertainty. Isn't having a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic enough? Do we also have to have the the worst President ever of our republic at the same time? It doesn't seem fair, and each day is another day of my feet being kicked out from under me. It's like I'm walking on ice, never knowing if I'm going to fall and hit my head, again.
SO...how about some grounding! Yay...that will help!!! In this practice we connect to the legs and feet, and find ourselves at home. A few great mantras that can help with that are "I Belong," "I am Home," "I am Safe."
I hope you enjoy the practice, and feel a bit more present, safe and at home from doing it. :-)
