Tuesday, 3.14.23 - One of the things about being in Costa Rica is life runs on a natural clock. The sun constantly rises and sets around the same time year round, with the animals joining in to celebrate the coming and going of the day. Also, the ocean creates this constant, ongoing flow. It's easy to connect to this consistent movement and flow through the day. In regular, Vermont-life, the flow is more human made, and harder to come by. We'll work on that today.
