I hope the weekend integration time was helpful for you! I'm excited to be working on the feet for grounding today. The feet are the connection we have to the ground, and often times can be covered by shoes or socks, and they are literarily distant from us...they are the furtherest thing on the body from our eyes, so sometimes they can lack attention. Today, we give them attention and enjoy getting some energy into the feet.

Day 12 - We explore the idea of Intuitive Meditation. This was created by Lorin Roche, who is the author of Radiance Sutras. The book is based on a wisdom text written around 800 AD called Vijnanabhairava. The text is 112 meditations based on every day life.
