Turning Your Mind to the Positive

Mar. 4, 2021 - The cool thing about the mind is you can change it. One way is to recognize when you are having thoughts that are negative, or viewing things in a negative way, and doing your best to find the positive instead. That's a practice I work on, sometimes with success, sometimes not, but it definitely has taught me that I can be in control of my thoughts and perceptions, which is very empowering.
