One of my favorite journaling prompts is "How I'm Feeling Now Is...", so that's what we'll do today.
We take time today to journal about gratitude.
Today the Universe lets us know how things are going. :-)
For our journaling today, we recall our True Self, and remind ourself of that person.
Today we consider the dutch word "hygge", which translates as to something like coziness in English. Since it's winter right now, it's nice to think about how to get into it, and get cozy.
I love journaling! It is known as one of those things that is universally helpful for the spirit, and the mind...and calms the body I'm sure. Today we think about what flowers we are going to plant it 2022, and how we are going to help them grow. Enjoy. :-)
