Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2022 - This week we are thinking about the chakras, and yesterday I learned of a whole different way to think of the chakras. Historically, I've thought of the chakras in terms of working from the bottom up...starting with being grounded and working up to deeper learning and spiritual thought. BUT, you can also think of it the other way...start with being open minded and receiving a new idea or concept, and then working downward toward the first chakra of making that thing real. It's really cool way to think of the chakras, and something we'll work on today!
