9.19.22 - I watched the movie "Licorice Pizza" the other night. A great movie! One of the things I loved about it was the emotional rollercoaster of the characters...you need to see it. :-)
It was a reminder that we are emotional creatures, and having emotions is part of our deal. Today we'll embrace where we are, and be ok with our own emotionally roller coaster.

9.21.22 - In the Bhagavad Gita it talks about meditation like having the calm of a candle flame in a windless room. I love that imagery. In class we imagine the flame and do our best to keep it still, through smooth movement and a calm mind. I think you'll enjoy it.
