We Are Well Made and Our Essence is Joy

Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2022 - In the writings of the Upanishads it says that we are "well made" and our essence is "joy." That's nice to think about, isn't it. We'll consider and experience that today in class.

Finding Your Grounding in Your Breath
Monday, Oct. 17, 2022 - Over the last 3 days I've been teaching the UVM Teaching Training. After doing something like that, it's great to get back to being grounded, and the breath really helps with that. We'll enjoy the breath today. :-)
