Sept 2, 2022 - In the Sutras of Patanjali, the first part of the book is about how you want to calm the fluctuations of the mind, but there are things that get in the way of that. One of them is misconception. I realize this is something everyone does. It happens all the time. In class we'll try to minimize our misconception.
