September 10, 2021 - I woke up this morning with an overwhelming feeling of gratitude. It really wasn’t anything in particular, I was just going through my morning with a feeling of, “Life is great!” I was thinking of how awesome gratitude is because it reminds of you of all the positive in my life, and positive things that have happened to you.

But at this point, that is one of the best things to have happened to me, and was part of the many twists and turns in the road that got me here living the life I am living, married to the person I’m married to, and to be teaching yoga. All things I’m grateful for every day.
All that to so, gratitude is complex, and there is more to be grateful for than you might think…there’s so much. :-)
