I'm feeling a need for gratitude today. Gratitude practice really does two things, at least for me. On the one hand it helps me be reminded that there are many, many things to be grateful for. It really seems limitless. On the other hand, it gives a reprieve from all the other things in life that can sometimes get a bit heavy. Not only does it give a break from those things, but after a gratitude practice, those things don't seem as important. I hope you enjoy today's practice.
