Mar. 8, 2021 - It's amazing to me how easy I can be to loose my grounding and sense of place. I would think I'd be batter at it, but, it's a work in progress. What's great is to have yoga to keep brining me back to myself, and reminding me of ME.
Doing a practice focused on the feet and legs is great for that, which is what we do in today's class. I hope you enjoy it. :-)
