Using Breath for Connection

April 16, 2021 - The breath is probably the simplest method we have to remind ourselves that we are part of something bigger. The idea that if we deeply connect to the breath, we also connect to something much bigger than ourselves. I really love that.
I really like this section from one of the Radiance Sutras, talking about the space in the breath:
In these interludes,
Experience opens into exquisite vastness
With no beginning and no end,
Embrace this infinity without reservation.
You are its vessel.
